Community Bond Presentations
On April 28, principals and leaders from across the district held a virtual town hall meeting about the proposed bond measure. Below is a recording of that town hall for your viewing.
Now that our students have returned to in-person learning, we are looking ahead to building a better future. In the next few weeks, voters will have the opportunity to vote on a $56.3 million bond measure. It has been 16 years since the passage of a bond measure for the Cascade School District. In that time, our community has changed, our school buildings have aged, and we have seen a significant increase in our student population at every school in the district. The proposed measure would address health, safety, and security concerns; address community growth and classroom overcrowding; repair and upgrade schools; and support student career pathways.
